Benefits enrollment becomes quicker and more manageable through an easy-to-use online system.  Integrated with the PARC Place portal, our Benefit Enrollment solution helps our clients manage open enrollment and ongoing life event changes while allowing employees to make informed benefits decisions quickly and easily.

Instead of filling out a separate form or visiting multiple websites, employees can review plan details, compare plans, and enroll using our Benefits Enrollment solution. This eliminates the tedious extra steps that can sometimes be obstacles to benefits participation. Once employees have completed their enrollment, they can access and print a consolidated Benefit Confirmation Statement that includes information about all benefits as well as a temporary insurance card.

Benefits Enrollment Implementation Process

Training will be provided during the implementation process on how to add/edit employees, add/edit elections, live events, pending elections, and more.

empowHR will set-up the employee self-service functionality to support the following types of functions such as Initial Enrollment, Open Enrollment, Life Event and employee maintenance changes.

empowHR will create usernames and passwords and will allow employees to establish their own unique password. The Customer will be able to reset employee passwords whenever necessary. As part of the set-up process we will work with our clients to create the desired sign-on disclaimer statement, open enrollment message, initial enrollment message, and life event change messages.

The empowHR implementation team will set-up the system to allow for collection of beneficiary information in the employee self-service module. Our team will also set-up the system to inform employees of elections that require evidence of insurability. EOI forms will be populated through the enrollment wizard and will be sent to the insurance companies for processing.
