1Administrator Platform
empowHR’s 1administrator Platform is a real-time integration, not a data sync or file import like many of our competitors. This allows you to use real-time information exchange to easily produce custom reports. Our platform is developed on a web-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) model so there is nothing to install. We also never archive or purge data, so all of the data on the system can be retrieved, regardless of when the info was entered.
